Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, please allow additional time for processing:
- Divine Products: 3-5 business days processing time
- Drinkware: 2-4 business days processing time
- Cookware & Kitchenware: 5-7 business days processing time
- Custom/Bulk Orders: 7-14 business days processing time
- Corporate Gifting: 10-15 business days processing time
Processing time begins after payment confirmation and excludes weekends, public holidays, and festival periods. During peak seasons (Diwali, Dussehra, Wedding season), processing times may be extended by 2-3 additional days.
